A Bit About Sherrain

Sherrain Myles, proudly born and raised in Denison, Texas, now resides in Grand Prairie, Texas with her husband of 27 years, Marcus. A graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Sherrain has built a career defined by leadership, impact, and service to both her profession and her community.

Professionally, Sherrain is an author and a seasoned healthcare sales executive with more than two decades of experience in the senior healthcare space. She is the Founder and CEO of The Continuum Co. by Sherrain Myles, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen business development and foster collaboration across teams by embracing transitions rather than resisting them.

As The Shift Whisperer™, Sherrain created The Shifted Life with Sherayne—a platform where she guides women through some of life’s most defining transitions. With wisdom, humor, and empathy, she addresses the real-life shifts women face, including empty nesting, prioritizing self-care, caring for aging parents, and navigating the challenges of menopause. Her mission is to help women embrace these seasons with courage, grace, and confidence.

A dedicated parent and leader, Sherrain previously served as the Morehouse College Parent Council (MCPC) Region 7 Representative, leading the five-state region (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas) to be recognized as the 2024 Region of the Year. Her leadership was marked by connection, engagement, and a deep commitment to advancing the mission of Morehouse College. Today, she serves as the Executive Board Secretary of the MCPC, continuing to champion the Men of Morehouse and the families who support them.

Sherrain and her husband Marcus are the proud parents of two children: Madison, a 2022 graduate of Austin College with a degree in Healthcare Administration, and Mason, a junior at Morehouse College majoring in Cinema, Television, and Emerging Media Studies (CTEMS) with a minor in Africana Studies.

Beyond her professional and volunteer commitments, Sherrain is a charter member of the Southeastern Oklahoma State University chapter of Omicron Delta and an active member of the Lambda Upsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. She enjoys traveling, writing, spending time with family and friends, and being active in her church. She believes deeply in the transformative power of embracing life’s shifts—both personal and professional—and continues to inspire others to step confidently into their next chapter.
