Her leadership footprint extends further — into financial management, event logistics, and member engagement across multiple nonprofit organizations, where she has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to hold multiple responsibilities with precision and care. Whether managing a budget, coordinating an event, or drafting a communication that reaches hundreds of families, Demetra brings the same intentionality to every task. ​
