A Bit About Grace Inniss-Lee
Grace Inniss-Lee does not take on a role without being ready to own it. After two years of dedicated MCPC service — first supporting a regional representative and then stepping fully into the Regional Representative role herself — Grace has earned her place at this table through consistency, commitment, and care.
Now she brings that same energy to the Secretary position, and the fit could not be more natural.
Organization is not something Grace learned in a classroom. It is something she lives every single day. As a proud mother of five sons, she has mastered the art of structure, consistency, and managing complexity with patience and precision. Professionally, she has spent more than 18 years as a correctional professional in the State of Connecticut — where she is responsible for overseeing the movement of more than 10,000 inmates across the state. That is not a job that tolerates mistakes. It demands exactness, accountability, and communication that leaves nothing to chance.
Grace carries those same standards into everything she does — including her service with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, where she contributes to scholarship development, fundraising, and financial oversight.
As Secretary of MCPC, Grace is not simply here to take notes. She is here to bring a level of professionalism, integrity, and organized excellence that elevates every communication, every record, and every family interaction across the Morehouse parent community.
When Grace Inniss-Lee is keeping the record — you can trust the record.
