Raynah Everett

Region 3

A Bit About Raynah

Raynah Everett believes something deeply and has built her life around proving it — that when families are engaged, informed, and actively present in their students' journeys, everyone wins. Students thrive. Communities strengthen. Institutions rise. That belief is not just a philosophy for Raynah. It is a practice.

Her commitment to advocacy runs wide and deep. Through her volunteer leadership with Mental Health America and NAMI, Raynah has championed some of the most vulnerable and underserved communities — showing up consistently in spaces where showing up takes real courage. She has served in virtually every parent leadership role available — Secretary, Treasurer, and President of parent-teacher organizations — and carries that grassroots experience alongside her faith-based community service with equal pride.

Professionally, Raynah operates at the highest levels of organizational leadership. Her career spans healthcare, communications, growth development, and customer success — including executive leadership overseeing large teams. She currently serves at Microsoft, where strategic thinking and operational excellence are not aspirations but daily requirements.

What makes Raynah exceptional for this council is not any single credential. It is the combination — the heart of a mental health advocate, the discipline of an executive, and the hands-on experience of a parent who has sat in every seat at the table.

As Region 3 Representative, Raynah is focused on the moments that matter most — Admitted Students Weekend, New Student Orientation, and Parents Weekend — because she knows that how a family feels in those first moments shapes their entire Morehouse journey.

She is here to make sure every Region 3 family feels that journey is supported from day one.
